Timeline:
- · 0815 – woke. Amy took her out, and she pooped immediately. They came in, fed her and sat together for a few moments. She wanted to go out again, and peed. Amy noted that poop is firmer than previously. Then, Amy took her into the shower with her. She is much less agitated in the shower.
- · 0915 – Amy kenneled her. Was not pleased to be kenneled. Voiced it a couple of times. Small yips, not real barks.
- · 1130 – got out. Played in the X Pen
- · 1300 – went down for a nap.
- · 1330 – woke up, ate, peed and pooped

- · 1515 – woke up.

Observations
- · I had mentioned before that she did not like being on a leash. Jean, her trainer, had some great suggestions on how to handle that. Before I tried that, though, I wanted to check out a hunch. I tried a different leash, slightly shorter length, and a different feel. My hunch checked out. She didn’t have issues with being on “A” leash. She REALLY dislikes “THAT” leash. The one that matches her collar.
- · Does well riding in vehicles, whether in her kennel in the back seat, behind the driver, just them alone; alone with the driver, and able to see the driver; or in a crowded vehicle.
- · When she is becoming more vocal, if she gets frustrated.
- · Still pulls on leash. This is becoming a concern due to the thinness of her collar. Amy describes it, at times, like a “bucking bronco”.
- · She is observing more. Does a lot of just watching.
- · Sound sensitive, to certain musical sounds. Amy noticed this today, during a cello piece that had a lot of long, low notes. I noticed it tonight during a piece that featured and electric piano.
